The Ukrainian–Swiss project “Development of Medical Education” together with Svoyi.Ridni invites healthcare professionals to participate in the online course
“Organising and Facilitating Peer Groups in Healthcare Settings (Recertification)”.
Course Description:
This course is designed for peer group facilitators working in healthcare settings who have previously completed training in peer group organisation and facilitation and are seeking to strengthen their existing competencies.
During the course, participants will deepen their understanding of adult learning principles and group-based learning formats, explore key aspects of peer group facilitation, and focus on the professional development of facilitators. Participants will also have the opportunity to reflect on their practical experience and receive constructive feedback from peers and mentors.
