Svoi.ridni is a medical clinic, consulting agency, and team working on innovations in healthcare.
We have been operating in Lviv and Vynnyky since 2019, and we provide consulting services throughout Ukraine and abroad, providing primary medical care, implementing medical projects, and creating innovative solutions for the healthcare system and non-medical companies.

Innovations in healthcare and healthtech startups
We have been innovating in medicine since 2024. Our team is developing its own startup, which won the WHO Health Hackathon 2024 and is currently in the preMVP stage. We are also developing and consulting on several other custom healthtech solutions for various companies.
We advise and train IT teams on the development of healthcare-related products.

Anastasia Khodan is a co-founder and family doctor, master trainer in mental health and mhGAP supervisor, lecturer at the UCU Business School, member and co-founder of the Ukrainian Academy of Family Medicine, co-author of the ABCs of Clinical Skills for Primary Health Care Providers from the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education,” consultant on mental health and management.
Ihor Zastavny – co-founder and family doctor, master trainer in mental health and mhGAP supervisor, associate professor at the UCU School of Public Administration, expert at the UCU Business School, co-author of the ABCs of Clinical Skills for Primary Health Care Providers from the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Development of Medical Education,” member of the Expert Council of the National Health Service of Ukraine, consultant to international organizations on health and management issues, Doctor of Philosophy.

Sofia Nastyshyn is a family doctor and author, mental health trainer and mhGAP supervisor, consultant for the WHO’s scaled-up “Managing Problems Plus” program, PEN trainer, coordinator of mhGAP trainings in the Lviv region, member of the Ukrainian Academy of Family Medicine, mental health consultant.
Solomiya Kruta is a therapist, cardiologist, and PEN trainer for the “Core Intervention Package.”
