Target Audience:

  • Junior medical specialists in Nursing and General Practice – Family Medicine.
  • 25 participants (nurses from Primary Health Care Centers in Kyiv, as well as the Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, and Kyiv regions).

Event Objective:
This masterclass is designed to develop practical competencies of primary healthcare nurses in supporting patients during the recovery period. The programme focuses on strengthening skills in patient assessment, working with clinical case studies, and applying structured care algorithms for various medical conditions.

Competencies Acquired or Enhanced:

  1. Ability to conduct comprehensive assessment of patients during the recovery phase.
  2. Ability to apply evidence-based care algorithms for patients with various conditions and following acute medical events.
  3. Practical skills in patient support during recovery, including interdisciplinary collaboration.
  4. Skills in monitoring, evaluation, and outcome assessment of care and rehabilitation interventions.
