Anastasiia Khodan
Family doctor and co-founder of svoi.ridni in Lviv and Vynnyky.
She consults adults and children from the age of three. She works on the principles of respect, equality, and partnership.
During consultations, the doctor creates a space for shared decision-making – she discusses expectations with the person, explains possible treatment options, and helps choose the optimal path, without pressure or judgment.
In her practice, Anastasiia relies on evidence-based medicine, modern international guidelines, and humanity in communication.
During an appointment, one can seek help with questions related to:
- preventive check-ups and vaccination;
- acute or chronic diseases;
- advice on lifestyle, nutrition, and physical activity;
- mental health, stress, and emotional exhaustion;
- support for families with children.
Anastasiia Khodan is a master trainer in mental health under the WHO mhGAP programme. Thanks to this, she approaches patients holistically, taking into account both the physical and mental aspects of health.

Personal
She believes in the power of a healthy lifestyle and considers vaccination one of the most ingenious inventions of humankind.
She loves animals and has three cats – Levoslav, Pan Pelekhatyi, and Matylda.
