Ihor Zastavnyi
Co-founder, family doctor, and responsible for development at svoi.ridni, Candidate of Medical Sciences.
He sees patients from the age of three. He consults people on a wide range of problems and questions related to health and beyond. In his practice, he uses a holistic approach, meaning he believes that the person seeking help is not their disease, but a person who may have medical, social, and psychological problems.
In his work, he uses the principles of evidence-based medicine and international clinical guidelines. He helps with various requests – from prevention, vaccination, and children’s check-ups to the management of people with chronic diseases and palliative conditions. He is guided by respect for human dignity.
He teaches doctors and nurses and consults Ukrainian and international organizations.
He has three cats – Levoslav, Pan Pelekhatyi, and Matylda.
He loves picking apples and making juice, editing videos, and riding on the upper berth on trains.
