She has been working in family medicine since 2018, sees patients from birth, and helps support family health at every stage of life.
As a family doctor, Olena conducts preventive check-ups, vaccination, treats common somatic diseases, and pays great attention to the mental health of her patients.
As a breastfeeding consultant, she helps establish lactation and latching, resolve issues with breast pain, insufficient or excessive milk supply, a child’s refusal to breastfeed, or weaning. She also supports families who feed their child with formula, teaching responsive feeding and helping avoid common mistakes.
As a child sleep consultant, she works with issues of frequent awakenings, long time to fall asleep, early waking, and establishing a daily routine.
As a child nutrition specialist, she specializes in feeding disorders in children of any age: selective eating, food aversion, PFD, ARFID, children who eat very little, and protests at the table. She helps parents establish complementary feeding and healthy eating habits.
Olena is a speaker and trainer at Ukrainian and international professional events for doctors, nurses, and managers, and an author of educational materials for parents, children, and healthcare professionals. She runs an Instagram blog about health, family medicine, child sleep, and nutrition.
