Sophia Nastyshyn

Sophia Nastyshyn is a family doctor in Lviv and Vynnyky, a consultant on healthy habits and motivation support, and a consultant in the psychological intervention for adults during stress, “Problem Management Plus.”

Sophia sees children from 1 year of age and adults. In her work, she is guided by a humane attitude, evidence-based approaches, and a holistic view of the person.

For Sophia, it is important to create a safe and confidential environment where one can be heard and listened to.

As a family doctor, she can be consulted for prevention and treatment, complaints related to physical or mental health, as well as questions about quitting smoking or reducing harmful alcohol use.

During consultations on healthy habits and motivation support, the doctor helps adults establish routines of healthy eating, physical activity, learning, and any other areas of life without excessive effort and with long-term results in mind. Regardless of how many “Mondays” have already come and how “weak” willpower may have seemed – long-term changes are possible with a kind approach and cooperation.

During the psychological intervention “Problem Management Plus,” one can learn skills for coping with stress and solving difficulties.

Sophia is a speaker and trainer – she teaches doctors, nurses, and patients, and is also responsible for communications at svoi.ridni and is the author of medical educational texts for patients.

She loves museums, theatre, books, and coffee, and is a blood donor.
