Family Physician Consultation for Children and Adults

At Svoyi.Ridni clinic, a family physician is a specialist who provides comprehensive care for the health of the entire family.

During the consultation, the doctor:

• conducts a physical examination, assesses overall health, reviews symptoms and test results;
• develops an individual diagnostic and treatment plan — based strictly on clinical indications, without unnecessary prescriptions;
• provides guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, and disease prevention;
• answers questions about medications, vaccinations, and chronic disease management;
• explains laboratory and diagnostic test results in clear and accessible language;
• issues referrals to specialists or for additional tests when necessary;
• provides personalised recommendations for maintaining health, preparing for seasonal illnesses, or travel;
• issues sick leave certificates and official medical documents approved by the Ministry of Health.

How the consultation works:

• The consultation lasts 30 minutes at the clinic.
• Review of medical history, lifestyle, previous test results, and current concerns.
• Physical examination and measurement of vital signs.
• Discussion of laboratory and diagnostic results (if available).
• Development of an individual plan: prevention, treatment, and further examinations.
• If needed — referral to secondary care specialists.

The consultation is provided by a family physician who cares for both adults and children.

We also welcome children with attention to their age and psychological needs. During the examination, we consider the child’s developmental level, temperament, and behaviour. We explain everything gently and clearly — through play or visual examples — so that the child feels safe and understands what is happening. This approach helps build positive associations with doctors and medical visits, making healthcare experiences calm and reassuring.

Fee: 850 UAH

Follow-up family physician consultation within the same concern within 14 days — 650 UAH.

Preparing for your visit:

To make your consultation as effective as possible, please bring previous test results, a list of medications you take regularly, and any questions you would like to discuss. This will help the doctor assess your condition efficiently and develop a personalised examination and treatment plan, allowing you to receive comprehensive answers and recommendations in a single visit.
