Adult Internal Medicine Consultation

At Svoyi.Ridni clinic, a therapist (general physician) provides care for adults aged 18 and older. This includes comprehensive health management, disease prevention, and monitoring of chronic conditions.

During the consultation, the therapist:

• conducts a physical examination, assesses physical and mental health, reviews symptoms and test results;
• develops an individual diagnostic and treatment plan — based strictly on clinical indications, without unnecessary prescriptions;
• provides guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, and disease prevention;
• monitors chronic conditions and supports ongoing treatment;
• performs necessary on-site examinations, including ECG and vital sign measurements when indicated;
• provides consultation on adult vaccination;
• explains laboratory and diagnostic test results in clear and accessible language;
• issues referrals to specialists or for additional tests when needed;
• provides medical certificates and sick leave documentation in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations.

How the consultation works

The consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes at the Svoyi.Ridni family clinic. The doctor reviews your medical history, lifestyle, previous test results, and current concerns, and conducts a physical examination. If needed, laboratory results and other diagnostic findings are discussed in detail. Based on this assessment, an individual plan is developed — including prevention, treatment, or additional examinations. Referrals to specialists are provided when necessary.

The service is provided by a therapist for adults aged 18 and older. At Svoyi.Ridni, our physicians combine professional expertise with a human-centered approach. They hold relevant qualifications, practical experience, and follow modern evidence-based medical standards. Our doctors continuously update their knowledge and adhere to clinical guidelines.

Follow-up consultation within the same concern within 14 days — 650 UAH.

Preparing for your visit

To make the consultation as effective as possible, please bring previous test results, a list of medications you take regularly, and any questions you would like to discuss with the doctor. This helps assess your condition more efficiently and develop a personalised plan, allowing you to receive comprehensive answers and recommendations in a single visit.
