Preventive Screening Check-Ups for Patients Over 40

Regular preventive check-ups help assess your overall health, identify risk factors, and prevent the development of chronic conditions in a timely manner. This consultation allows us to create an individual screening and prevention plan tailored to your body and lifestyle.

Before the consultation, we recommend:

• Preparing any available medical records.
• Recalling or finding information about previous vaccinations (including childhood vaccines).
• Learning about chronic conditions in your family.
• Arriving fasting: do not eat or drink sugary beverages for 4 hours before the visit.
• Taking your regular medications as usual.

What happens during the consultation:

• We discuss your health status and lifestyle.
• We create an individual screening plan and additional tests if needed.
• We plan vaccinations; if vaccines are available, immunization can be provided on the same day (vaccine cost is charged separately).
• We perform a physical examination and ECG recording with interpretation.
• We measure blood glucose levels.
• We conduct rapid tests for HIV and viral hepatitis.

Follow-up consultation

After receiving test results, the doctor reviews them with you and provides personalized recommendations. The follow-up visit may take place in person or online.

Follow-up (online or in person) — 25 minutes
