This means that even if all paper records are lost, your information remains securely stored in Ukraine’s Electronic Healthcare System, allowing any doctor in any city to access it when needed.

Can this be done if vaccinations were administered at different facilities?

Yes. The doctor will reconcile data from all available sources and enter it into the system.
